How to Manifest Literally Anything— A Mini Sermon on Gratitude 🌻

If you want more, experience the joy in what you have. If you want to stay stuck, keep wishing things were different.

Life happens in cycles and seasons. 🪐🍂🌒

This means whatever you put into the Universe comes back to you. In other words, what you appreciate, appreciates.

When things feel the MOST difficult, find a safe place. A private bathroom stall works wonders.

Take 3 long, slow, deep breaths. Feel your stomach expand on the inhale. If you can, put on some headphones and listen to some meditation music (found wherever you find music).

Begin to radically empathize with yourself for whatever it is you’re going through. Let go of all shame for just a few minutes and choose only to see the good in yourself. Praise yourself for doing your best. Watch yourself experiencing whatever is causing you pain, and love on yourself for getting through it.

When you have thoroughly empathized with yourself and felt all the way through your emotions, settle into a natural breathing pattern. Feel how much lighter your whole body and spirit are.

Now, ask yourself this very important question:

“What am I to learn from this?”

Find the lessons, be grateful for the lessons, and you will have found the joy.
