Yesterday, I received a precious gift and tool from my dear friend and brother in the work, Mark, and the Tree of Life Movement. It is called an intention stick and it is POWERFUL.
What an incredible mission to be a part of, and the miraculous ways this is all coming together fill my heart with unimaginable JOY. ✨
This morning, as I wore this gorgeous gift with my three chosen intentions, I had the most incredible meditation experience and, like most sessions these days, I learned a lot.
Like a doctor who specializes, I am a healer of the heart center, or heart chakra. As I have learned to let go and let love, more and more people enter into my life who fill me up the way I am able fill others, leaving me with so much pure joy and love, I’m overflowing most days.
I live the BEST life, and it is my mission to help others find their pure and abiding JOY too. After all, we are made of it. We just forgot. It is my job to help you remember. 💛💜🤍
I believe my gift is to heal hearts through radical empathy, sharing my story, and through sharing the intense love, joy, wisdom and empathy of the Trees and our dear Earth Mother.
I have the profound privilege and honor of sometimes getting to act as a conduit for the Trees. Their maternal message moves through me. They are wise, deeply empathetic, feisty, hilarious, feminine, strong, bold, caring creatures who love us and only want what this entire Universe demands— reciprocity.
Just as the Trees, I am a Mother in my truest nature. My reach as a Mother continues to grow. It is beyond exciting. The entire world needs to feel the genuine, unconditional, deeply nurturing love of a good Mother, and I won’t stop until the entire world has. 🌳🤍🌻
This morning during meditation, I was asked by my Creator to give up my occasional use of the vape pen. I offered it up without hesitation and threw them away.
Don’t get me wrong, I haven’t used them much. I am ridiculously cautious with any substance since a large part of my childhood trauma relates to substance abuse. But, in treatment of Multiple Sclerosis and the insomnia triggered when my oldest son stopped breathing at 6 weeks old, the indica vape pen helped immensely, and for that, I give it thanks. I am grateful to have found spiritual healing for both MS and insomnia, but these vapes were a helpful and useful teacher and tool and I want to thank them as I say goodbye. 🙏🏽
The day the Trees introduced themselves to me, they asked me to give up water bottles, and anybody who knows me knows that was a much bigger ask than a vape pen. I know this is nothing. Nothing, compared to what I have gained and continue to gain. I am thrilled to honor such a request for I know the equation of universal reciprocity well.
I understand and respect the reasoning of this request. I am taught to love this body. To respect this body. I never want to do anything to hurt this body. It’s the only one I get this time, and she’s glorious. She is my friend. The best one I’ve ever had. And so is yours. We are always evolving in a positively moving direction. We are each proton-based at our core. The best is yet to come, always.
While I have a deep love, reverence, and respect for plant medicine and will continue to have a loving reciprocal relationship with these gifts from our Earth Mother, it is important that I use plant medicine in a way that helps and heals and does no harm. I believe we are all our very best, happiest selves when we are loving and taking care of our precious vessels. The rewards for self-love and self-respect are boundless— far more abundant than any electric drug apparatus can provide. 🌱
Anyway, Merry Christmas! Happy Kwanzaa! Happy Hanukkah! Cheers to self-love, authenticity, empathy, and to treating ourselves as kindly as we treat our very best friends. 💫

PS Stay tuned for the book! I was WAY overzealous thinking I could finish a book of this magnitude by the end of the year, but what I HAVE accomplished is being brave enough to tell my story— and that is good enough for me. It’s getting there! ✨
