Been to several facilities, one for 2 months. Private one on one retreats with therapist. Multiple different types of therapy, religion. Just felt defeated and overwhelmed. To be honest I wasn’t hopeful she could help and was my last ditch effort to keep on going for my children. I felt seen and understood by Tobi and she was able to break through my demons and intense walls I built around me and found me and led me out of the darkness.
